Introduction

The balance account to date and the monthly payroll deduction representing your contribution will be deposited into a fiduciary account which will transfer the amount to a specific account at Merrill Lynch to be invested according to your instructions. Omnimu was commissioned to maintain your account records and to keep you informed of the performance of the various portfolios you have chosen Your contact however will be with the Benefits Coordinator.

Selection Procedure

The Employees may select between three portfolios (Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive) or any combination of the portfolios for their balance account and for their future combinations. They should notify Omnimu through the Benefits Coordinator of any modifications in respect of their investment choice(s) and their personal data. The contributions are paid monthly to the Fiduciary Agent.

Omnimu will issue quarterly statements showing the performance of each employee's account.

Should the Employees wish to exit from the portfolios they can park their money into a "Cash Management Account, " which will earn an interest determined at the time according to international interest rates on US Dollars.
